Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition. It should show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Tags Intact: All original product tags must be attached and intact on the item. Items returned without their original tags will not be accepted.
  • Original Packaging: Wherever possible, please return the item in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after the 7-day period.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Items without their original tags attached.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless faulty).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via 0309 443 5555 within the 7-day window. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your request and may ask for photos of the item to assess its condition.
  3. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds & Exchanges Process

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within working days.
  • Exchanges: If you opted for an exchange, once your returned item is approved, the new item will be shipped to you. Any difference in price for the exchanged item will be handled accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
