These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, specifically the laws applicable in Punjab, Sialkot. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
